Performance Realty began its quest of high performance prior to the up turn of the market by selling Panama City Real Estate and Panama City Beach Real Estate.  By the time coastal property began its ascent, Performance Realty was listing and selling Panama City Beach condos, Panama City Beach homes, vacant land, commercial and all other forms of investment properties.  With the exploding coastal market coastal buyers turned their interest to the inland areas and Performance Realty followed our client’s wishes.  In 2004 a satellite office was established in Bonifay which quickly became solely a custom real estate office.  Performance Realty took the order of their clients and began the search for the Buyer’s dream property.  With this success came a large demand for inland residential property, recreational land, large development tracts as well as agricultural property.  Performance Realty saw a trend of buyers and investors wanting to move inland from the coast to an area of Northwest Florida which provided them with quick and convenient access to the Gulf Coast and Interstate and the <strong?Performance Realty Bonifay office met that need.  Once again Performance Realty was available and ready to perform. Today Performance Realty continues to provide custom real estate services to buyers who want that perfect investment.
